About: E. Dwayne Karateew, DDS
Dr. Karateew completed his dental education at Columbia University in New York City and certificates in both periodontics and fixed prosthodontics at the University of Pennsyl?vania in Philadelphia. Currently, he practices in a solo office in Vancouver, Canada. He has taught at the University of Washington and the University of British Columbia in both postgraduate periodontics and prosthodontics. He has lectured internationally on implant aesthetics as well as digital applications in implant dentistry. Recently, with Dr. Mitra Sadrameli, he served as the medical editor for the new Amirsys Publishing textbook Specialty Imaging Dental Implants by Dania Tamimi, BDS, DMSc.
